Alex is known as a very hard worker, he never stops, professional and funny,he was born in Sardigna and has been in cardiff for 2 years.

Dominika is our newest and youngest member of fllor staff. She also has a very beautiful smile and is extremely professional. She was born in Poland and grew up in Northern Italy. Her nick name is MICA.

Domenico is Calabrisella's Chef and restaurant owner and was born in Reggio Calabria. He studies catering in italy and is a fully qualified Chef. His years of his experience gained from working all over Italy have made him a very knowledgeable and diverse Chef.

Giovanni is our Bambino, really adept at pizza making and getting on the Chef's nerves. He was born in Reggio Calabria and gained his pizzeria experience there.
Guiseppe Fazzari

Guiseppe is Calabrisella's second Chef. He was born in Reggio Calabria and went to catering school there. He came to Cardiff 5 years ago and is known for his professionalism and is very funny. He is a very experienced Chef and has been all over the world while working on a cruise ship.

Luigi is our main pizza maker with more then 15 years of experience. He was Born in Sardigna and went to catering school there and ran his Pizzaria with his family there before comming to Cardiff. Luigi is the fastest pizza maker I've ever seen and also makes the best pizza.

Maria is from Rumania but lived in Calbria for many years and also possesses the strong local accent. She is very funny and makes everybody crazy because she is unbelievably happy all the time.

Maria is a part of Calabrisella... she was the first employee and started with the company from day one. She was born in Sardinia where she attended catering school and has a lot of experience in the restaurant industry. She is very sympathetic, nice and professional with a smile that never leaves her face. She is excellent at making custoners comfortable.

Massimo is also a part of Calabrisella and has worked with the company from day one. He was born in Reggio Calabria and fully qualified in customer service. He is known for being very funny and loves his job.

Placido is our Spacchio from Sicily, extremely funny and a very hard worker.... he just speaks Sicilian.. his speciality is arancino .
Raffaele Grattuso

Raffaele is a new member of the Calabrisella team. He is young but very knowledgeable in his duties. He was born in Reggio Calabria and grew up in the pizza industry there with his father and ran a bakery shop there.
Salvatore Vara
 
Salvatore Vara
Salvatore is Calabrisella's manager and owner. He was born in Reggio Calabria and attended Catering school there. After gaining a multitude of Italian experience he took the decision to come to Cardiff 13 years ago. He started work as waiter and two years later was already a manager.
